Experience: Claudio is a dynamic, forward thinking individual who has devoted his entire career to business improvement from strategy through to execution. From the outset of his career, on Standard Bank’s elite Graduate Program, Claudio’s quest for business improvement landed him as a resource on a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project. His experience to different cultures and people while studying abroad in the United States (Business degree at Wichita State University) stood him in good stead in terms of the most important aspect of any business change… People. His career, of 7 years, has predominantly been in the financial services industry and afforded him the experience of working as a consultant within South African, European (British) and the Rest of Africa markets. Again, further broadening interactions with people from different cultures and all levels in an organisation from business executives through to individuals that execute process. Claudio the necessary exposure to be a well-rounded, business improvement specialist.

Alwyn Labuschagne
Member/Senior Data Analyst

Vision: Alwyn’s biggest passion is using business data to identify and drive improvement opportunities and growth.
Experience: Alwyn has worked in a diverse number of industries throughout his career, spanning from the electronics and manufacturing industry, to Retail and Private Banking industries. He has worked within the production lines or processes in each respective industry, as well as developed Quality Assurance and measurement capabilities in these, to ensure delivery of key business objectives were understood and achieved. He has also completed multiple Six Sigma projects in the financial services industry. These projects focused on improving process efficiency, client delivery and reducing non-value add variation and waste. Just before joining BizWize Consulting, Alwyn headed up a Data Analytics team for a well know South African Private Bank, which focused on creating business and client insights through data analysis and MI.

Senior Data Analyst
Experience: Stephen has immense banking experience and currently holds the position of our Business Analyst. He is responsible for handling the development and execution of Merchandise and Supply Chain projects. His previous experience also includes MIS Analysing, Operations Analysing and Production Consulting.

Adrian De Winter
Senior Data Analyst
Experience: Adrian has experience working in the financial services, gaming and retail industries. Before joining BizWize Consulting Adrian worked as a Data Modeller and reporting specialist. His role focused on analysing performance measures and creating new performance indicator models as well as
creation of MI dashboards and workforce management tools.

Mirella Dalla Venezia
Financial Coordinator/HR Manager
Experience: Mirella has over 4 years of experience in business management and operations. Before joining BizWize Consulting Mirella was the Managing Director/ Head Recruitment Consultant at Recruit Wize Consulting CC. Her main responsibility now is to manage the day to day operations of the company within the Financial, Sales and Marketing area.

Dieketseng Prudence Rasenyalo
Business Analyst
Experience: Prudence strives for continued excellence with a great passion for aligning IT with Business. She has experience in the IT industry, systems analysis and web development field. Before joining BizWize Consulting she worked as webmaster, which led to her gaining IT Project management skills. She also has experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. Her strong analytical experience and education is what makes her a better BA.

Fabio Dalla Venezia
Financial Reporting Analyst
Experience: Countless leadership roles, have enabled Fabio to acquire and develop the necessary skill-set to be self-managed, self-motivated while inspiring his peers. It has taught him the art of preparation and management in order to achieve goal-oriented objectives with a human touch. In his quest for self-improvement Fabio has completed his UNISA part-time Managerial Accounting Honours program whilst still performing admirably in the work place. Fabio comes from a diverse financial background.

Malcolm Pike
Process Engineer
Experience: Trained as an Industrial Engineer Malcolm’s expertise focus on the development, improvement and implementation of integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information, and resources, as well as the mathematical, physical and social sciences. He uses the principles and methods of engineering design to specify, predict, and evaluate the results obtained from such systems or processes.
Malcolm has improvement project experience in a number of industries including Aircraft Maintenance, Medical Insurance, Government Departments, Banking and Social Initiatives. He strongly believes that there is no problem so complex that it cannot be broken down and solved using a systematic approach
Qualifications: B.Sc Industrial Engineering (Honours), Part time course in Graphic design, currently completing Lean six sigma Black Belt.

Experience: Tinus has over 22 years of Shop floor, Management & Consulting experience that enabled him to acquire and develop the necessary skills to be Analytical, Results Orientated, with Strong Communication, Motivational & Problem Solving abilities. His Experience taught him the ability to lead and develop a Team of People to effect sustainable change through Team Work.
Qualifications: Tinus has completed his National Diploma in Industrial Engineering at the TUT in 1985. In 2012 he completed his Lean Six Sigma Certification through Acuity Institute - School Of Business Leadership.
