Black Belt / Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Consultant

 

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

• BCom Information Systems; BEng Chem. ,Mech. , Industrial; BSc – Information Systems

• Process Engineering encompassing analyses, design, monitoring and measuring

• Six Sigma Green belt, Black belt certified

• Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman etc)

• Organisational Strategy

• Industry recognised Project Management qualification

 

 

Minimum requirements:

 

• Process Engineering and Process Consulting

• Process Methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Engineering, Theory of Constraints, Design for X, CMMi, etc

• Map and model process with various process modelling tools (e.g. Visio, ARIS, etc).

• Perform process simulation

• Enterprise Business Architecture

• Business Strategy Analysis

• Coaching and Mentoring

• Experience in working in a multi discipline team fostering collaboration and team work

• Project Management

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

 

• Clearly understand and articulate the client’s business problem or opportunity;

• Validate and measure the current business performance;

• Turn data into meaningful information through statistical analysis to solve the root-cause of the problem and identify business opportunities; and

• Leverage their process improvement knowledge to deliver and implement quality solutions; within a short (low hanging fruit / Quick Win) to medium timeframe (solutions to align to the client’s overall strategy and operating model);

• Sustain the improved performance, so that today’s extraordinary becomes tomorrow’s ordinary
